Needless to say, I went for it. It's a simple machine where you stand on a scale and your body would be scanned. The machine then analyzes your body composition based on your age, sex, height and weight. The analyzer will print out the result slip once it's done.
My result slip
Look at that! My metabolic age is (Ahem!) 19! Ok, the analyzer might not be 100 % accurate. There could be some plus minus, but it couldn't be that much :p
I was not even feeling well at the time of the monitoring. Due to some 'hotness' inside my body, there has been a big ulcer in my mouth since last Sunday. Having such hard time eating and chewing. The worst was that I could not open my mouth large enough a few days ago to spoon feed myself because it exerted pain each time I did so. Not only that, my right jaw was swollen. I think it's due to inflammation of the saliva gland. Not sure what the medical term for it is. But my mom called it 'sang ja soi' in Cantonese. Some people call it 猪头皮 ('pig head skin'... or is it 'pig's dandruff'? :p). I was told that one popular remedy for it was to draw a circle on the swollen spot and write the word 虎 (tiger) in the circle. Why? So the tiger can eat the pig hahahahaha......
OK, back to my body composition... you see, if I was not unwell, I'm sure my reading would have been even better :p
And look at my visceral fat rating. Only 1! Hehehe..... it's the lowest and most ideal according to Tanita (the body composition analyzer). It says that:
Ensuring you have the right healthy level of visceral fat reduces the risk of certain conditions such as heart disease and high blood pressure, and may delay the onset of type 2 diabetes.
And who says yoga is bad?

I'd bet it's not entirely the results of yoga. You've gotta thanks your genes too and perhaps your tiny stature :P
Yes, of course you're right... I just added that last line cuz I was dissatisfied with certain parties' new ruling :p
